1. The service and your account
Wealth OS lets you record your assets (such as camera gear), money accounts, skills and contacts, see your net worth and runway, and get AI suggestions for earning more from what you already have.
You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least {{MIN_AGE}} years old and able to enter into a contract.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Wealth OS for anything illegal, or to store data you have no right to hold (including other people's details without a lawful reason);
- try to access other users' data, get around security or usage limits, or overload the service;
- scrape the service, or resell or share access to your account;
- upload malware or files meant to harm the service;
- use the AI features to produce unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Free: up to 25 assets and a lower monthly AI usage limit, for as long as you like.
Pro: unlimited assets, weekly AI audits, higher AI limits and priority support. Pro costs EGP 250 for one month or EGP 2,400 for twelve months.
Prices are charged in Egyptian pounds through Paymob. Prices shown in US dollars are for reference only.
Each payment buys one period (one month or twelve months). It does not renew automatically and we don't store your card, so nothing is charged again unless you pay again. At the end of the period your account returns to the Free plan unless you renew.
There is no free trial of Pro at the moment; you can use the Free plan for as long as you like before deciding.
Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (/refunds).
For the lawyer: Confirm price and consumer-information requirements under the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 (for example showing prices including taxes).
4. Going back to Free
If you return to Free with more than 25 assets, we don't delete anything. You can still see, edit and delete all your assets, but you can't add new ones until you are below 25 or upgrade again. Pro-only features (such as weekly AI audits) stop.
5. Your data belongs to you
You own everything you put into Wealth OS. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and display it, and to send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, in order to run the service for you. That permission ends when you delete the data or your account.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
6. AI suggestions are not advice
Wealth OS's AI suggestions (recommendations, audits, CFO answers, reading lists, health plans) are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
They are general information, not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice. Income estimates, rental rates and runway figures are estimates, not promises: we don't guarantee that you will earn anything.
Check important decisions yourself and with a qualified professional. You decide what to do with a suggestion and you are responsible for the result.
7. Renting out gear and side businesses
Wealth OS may suggest renting out your equipment or starting side work. We are not a rental marketplace, insurer or party to any deal you make with someone else.
If you act on a suggestion, you are responsible for the deal: written contracts, deposits, checking the renter's identity, insurance for your equipment, permits and licences, taxes, and following local law.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Wealth OS running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something important you have already paid for, we will tell you and you can ask for a refund under the Refund Policy.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or to protect other users or the service. Where possible we will warn you first and let you export your data.
10. Limits on our liability
Wealth OS is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or income, loss of data you didn't back up, or losses from decisions you made based on the app or its AI suggestions.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
For the lawyer: Confirm what limitation of liability is enforceable against consumers under Egyptian law (Civil Code and Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018) and fill in the cap.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by {{GOVERNING_LAW}}. Disputes go to the courts that law designates, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
For the lawyer: Confirm the governing law and competent courts.
12. Language
These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the {{PREVAILING_LANGUAGE}} version applies.
For the lawyer: Confirm which language must prevail for Egyptian consumers.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Wealth OS after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
